As a company founded by three brothers and as a member of a global community of drink enthusiasts, we tend to use the word “family” a lot in our communications. We have never felt or meant it more than we do right now, and we are committed to acting in the best interests of our entire family – not only our employees and customers, but also the bars, restaurants, and hotels that we supply, whose livelihoods may be impacted over the next few months. We have increased the number of measures we are taking to protect public health, and for the time being, our website will continue to operate as usual on our servers. We are closely following the government’s and WHO’s recommendations, and we will provide further updates as events unfold.
The continued support of our community is greatly appreciated. We hope that you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy in the coming weeks and months.
UPDATE ON COVID-19
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to reassure you about the precautions we are taking to ensure the safety of our customers, employees, and suppliers, as well as to provide you with an update on a few new policies that may be implemented as the situation develops further.
THE PRESS RELEASES
In accordance with WHO recommendations, we have implemented a variety of measures across our organization to protect public health.
Our California shop will be open as of 11 a.m. on Feb 17th, with appropriate social distancing measures in place to protect customers.
Our Nebraska’s location has been open since 11 a.m. on August 17th, with appropriate social distancing measures in place.
Our website is still up and running, and we continue to offer the same fantastic selection of bottles!
We will begin accepting Click and Collect orders at our online shop.
Orders are still being shipped internationally; however, some countries may experience brief delays in delivery.
ORDERS FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM
Deliveries may take longer than usual in the United Kingdom due to the high level of demand for all courier services. This includes next-day delivery, which may take longer than usual. We will, of course, make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible.

With the addition of our shop in California, we offer delivery right to your dorrstep no matter where you are.
ORDERS PLACED FROM AROUND THE WORLD
In addition, we are still accepting international orders from all of the countries to which we normally ship. Shipping, on the other hand, may take a few days longer than usual due to global restrictions on movement and customs. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience as we work through this process.

No matter where you are in the world, the couriers we use are all following WHO guidelines to ensure the safety of their employees as well as the recipients of their parcels and packages.
OUR SPECIAL EVENTS
As a result of the government’s recommendations for social distancing and the avoidance of large gatherings, we have canceled all of our upcoming shop tastings and issued a full refund to everyone who purchased tickets. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our Cognac Show in April has been postponed, and we will notify you when a new date has been determined. Please check back with us for further information.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will notify all ticket holders for our shows in the fall as soon as we are able to make a decision based on the information we have at hand.
