Delivery Information
STANDARD DELIVERY
Monday through Friday, our standard deliveries are made during normal business hours and require that someone be present to sign for the package in order to ensure that it is delivered on time.
All orders are despatched using a 24-hour service to most mainland destinations in the USA, 48-hour service to many European addresses, and a 72-hour service to outlying areas of the United Kingdom after they have been processed (which may be subject to delay if we are out of stock of any items ordered, in which case we will notify you). Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the location of the order. The weight of the product and the location of the final destination are taken into consideration when calculating delivery charges.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
In the USA, orders placed before the cut-off time specified in the delivery charges section will be processed and delivered on the following working day after the order is placed. International orders will be delivered on the following working day after the order is placed. In the event that an order is placed after the cut-off time on any working day, it will be processed and shipped on the following working day, with delivery expected the following working day after that.
While we make every effort to meet the delivery dates that have been specified by our customers, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries that are the result of events beyond our reasonable control. We ask that you place your order as soon as possible if your order is time-sensitive in order to avoid disappointment.
A partial refund will be issued in the unlikely event that specified delivery date cannot be met and the order is delivered later on the same day or the following working day. The refund will be calculated as the difference between our standard next-day delivery fee and that charged at the time of placing the order.
THE TIMELINESS OF THE SERVICE
Please keep in mind that we are unable to guarantee the punctuality of the service provided by our delivery agents, particularly during periods of inclement weather or extreme temperatures. Our agent will attempt to obtain a refund on your behalf if your shipment is delivered unacceptably late after it has been picked up from us on time by our agent.
PARCELS THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition when you place your order. Unfortunately, there are instances in which packages are damaged while in transit, which is regrettable. If a package shows obvious signs of damage or leakage when it is delivered, we request that you refuse the package. Please request that the goods be returned to the sender through the courier service.
ADDITIONAL FEES AND CONDITIONS MAY APPLY.
At no additional cost to you, we ensure all of your orders up to a maximum value of $500. Orders with a value greater than $500 will be subject to an additional insurance charge, which will be detailed in our Insurance Charges section.
By accepting our terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree to these additional charges, which will be applied to your order if they are applicable.
ADDRESSES FOR DELIVERY
We are happy to ship your order to a different address than the one that is listed on your credit card billing statement. Just make sure you enter the correct shipping and billing information during the checkout process.
We can also deliver your order to your permanent place of employment if there is someone available to accept and sign for the delivery on your behalf. Please contact us for more information.
